In the menus of Designer窶冱 Studio, there are a number of command-key equivalents which you will learn in the process of opening and using the various menus. However, there are also a number of additional keyboard shortcuts which are not documented in the application and which may not have been discussed to this point. The following is a list of those commands.
The FKeys
Most Macintosh keyboards have a row of function keys, or FKeys, above the standard set of typewriter keys. Designer窶冱 Studio takes full advantage of these keys and a special task has been assigned to each one.
F1 - Undo (Shift-F1 will Redo)
F2 - Cut

Color Shortcuts
窶「 Option-click anywhere in a Designer窶冱 Studio window to activate the eye dropper to set the foreground color.
窶「 Option-control-click anywhere in a Designer窶冱 Studio window to activate the eye dropper to set the background color.
窶「 Control-click on either the foreground or background chips in the color palette to use the color picker in setting your desired color.
窶「 Control-click on one of the chips in the active color palette to set the background color.
窶「 Command-click on a color in a custom palette to activate the eye dropper and allow you to change the included custom color.
Miscellaneous Shortcuts
窶「 Option-click on something that is selected in the Resource Editor and drag to create a duplicate selection.
窶「 Shift-click in the Preview Window to change the state toggle from browse to edit or vice versa.
窶「 Command will toggle between filled and empty states for the rect/oval tools.
窶「 Command-shift-click on an actb/dctb/clut chip in the Resource Editor to activate the color picker.
窶「 Double-click on the eraser button to delete all graphics from the active resource in the Resource Editor.
窶「 Shift-click with marquee button to select the whole active resource in the Resource Editor.
窶「 Shift-click with the magic wand to select all pixels of the same color.
